The EU standard for cold weather footwear requires that the boot remains |

for 30 minutes at -17°C. By using 600 Thinsulate insulation rather than the standard 200 grade, the Bering remains comfortable for an amazing 60 minutes at -30°C. |

| Toe area protected by a composite cap.
This composite material has the same strength as steel but is much lighter, thermally insulating and non magnetic. |
