Libel law is very clear.   You have to prove the allegations you make
against a person or a company.   They do not have to disprove it.

Proving allegations in court is very difficult and very costly.

If you fail to prove your allegations then not only could you be fined
a considerable amount of money, but so could this website for
publishing your comments.
