What are the most suitable welding process for the following applications and why

1) Repairing a car subframe made from 4mm LCS (one off)
2)The robotic production of a car seat frame made from pressed 1.5 mm pressings (continuous production)
3)The fabrication of gear box support brackets made from pure aluminium 4 mm thick (batch of 20)

Sounds like some test questions? I think you are on the right track with your answers although the gear box brackets cold be performed equally with MIG/MAG welding at a more cost effective price if the gear was available.
